Freedom Fest Beauty Pageant Saturday July 11, 2009 OFFICIAL PRELIMINARY TO THE KENTUCKY STATE FESTIVAL PAGEANT This is an open beauty pageant that welcomes all registrants. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11th, pageant will begin at 10:00 with 0-6 month category. Entry fee is $20 to enter pageant, to enter pageant and optionals it will be $25 if you enter before July 11th. To enter the day of pageant, cost will be $5 more.
